What is your return policy

Each Cool Kind Club piece is made to order — created just for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind.

That said, we want you to love your order! If there’s ever a problem with your item — such as a defect, damage during shipping, or an error in your order — please reach out within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right through a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can’t replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What is shipping like?

To reduce waste, orders are custom made when purchased. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 9-14 days for shipping! Thank you for your patience :)
